That's it -- I'm saying "when." This morning I had what I think was my 6th Iced Raspberry Mocha in the last four days. *cringe* Some were home made, some were Starbucks bought, all were delicious. Until this morning. I sat here at my desk and had what was either an anxiety attack, or a very unhappy reaction to yet another iced mocha. Nausea, heart racing, trouble breathing -- all but the nausea are usual. This leads me to think perhaps my body is trying to tell me that it's had it with the sweet and the caffeine overload. I can't say I blame it -- I do know better.
So, goodbye, my sweet friend. For now we must part, though I'm sure we'll meet again someday, probably in a controlled environment where I can't take advantage of you. Please believe me when I say this is more about me than it is about you.

I love it, it's not you it's me!
Ha, looks like we all have our fixes. Mine is the Starbucks Doubleshot on Ice. Can't leave the house without getting one.
ah, I know the feeling well ...
This is why I switched to decaf years ago! Same taste without the caffeine induced anxiety. Just call me an enabler!
I am a grande white chocolate mochat. I could have 2 or 3 a day and feel completely satisfied. My hubby says Sbucks is too strong and I disagree big time. Hard to cut the cord, though...good luck.
I bow my head in a moment of silence...
